After your quote has been finalized, a 50% deposit and a signed contract will be required prior to the design process beginning. Both of these items will be sent to you via a password-protected client portal, which you can refer back to at any time.

Once the deposit has been made, we will meet via phone or video call to discuss your vision and needs. There will then be a ~2 week waiting period where I will work on compiling 2-3 concepts for your project. The initial draft will be sent to you as a PDF. You will then have the opportunity to fine-tune and narrow down the designs.
We understand custom stationery and signage is a significant investment. That said, we allow up to 3 rounds of edits, where, during each round, you can make as many requests as you'd like. Additional rounds are welcomed for an additional fee, and as time allows.

Once the final design has been approved, your project will be sent to production. For stationery, production times will depend on quantity and printing style. Suites typically take 2-3 weeks to be returned from the printer. Letterpress and foil may require more time.
For day-of signage, depending on your needs, turnaround times can range from 3-6 weeks.

Once your suite or day-of goods have been printed/produced, you can choose to have everything shipped to you, or if you are local, we offer pick-up in Bellevue, WA.

INITIAL INQUIRY
Once the deposit has been made, there will be a 1-2 week waiting period. During this time, we will work on building out a brainstorm draft for your designs.
After you receive the initial draft, you will have an opportunity to submit feedback until the designs are complete.
We understand custom stationery and signage is a significant investment. That said, we allow up to 3 rounds of edits, where, during each round, you can make as many requests as you'd like. Additional rounds are welcomed for an additional fee, and as time allows.

We do not have minimums, but design fees remain the same regardless of quantity.
What if my quantities change in
the middle of the design process?
If you end up needing more or less than the number originally submitted, please let us know ASAP. If your items have not been ordered or sent to print, we can likely accommodate your request without any additional fees beyond costs for the extra materials. However, please keep in mind- every case is different.
I want custom invitations, but have no idea what I want them to look like. Can you help with this?

How does printing work?

How will I receive my proofs?
All proofs will be submitted as PDFs via email. If you are interested in receiving a physical proof before the rest of your pieces are printed, depending on timing, we can accommodate this request for an additional charge. Just be sure to let us know as soon as you decide.
Can I rush my order?
Most of the time, YES, but rush options are dependent on availability of all vendors involved and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Rush orders are charged an additional 20-100%, depending on time allotted to complete the job.
